Paper Submission
Completed Research - Not exceeding 5 pages
These papers present comprehensive, fully completed research studies that demonstrate clear objectives, sound methodology, validated results, and critical discussion. They are expected to contribute substantial new knowledge or insights to the field of crisis management and technology integration.
Work in Progress - Not exceeding 4 pages
Work in Progress papers describe ongoing or emerging research that introduces innovative ideas, early findings, or methodological approaches. Submissions in this category are ideal for authors seeking constructive feedback from peers and experts during the development phase of their research.
Practitioner Insights & Perspectives - Not exceeding 3 pages
These papers are concise, practice-oriented contributions that capture professional experiences, operational reflections, and lessons learned from real-world applications of technology in crisis and disaster management contexts.

Author Guidelines
At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper either in person or virtually. The conference will be conducted in a hybrid format, allowing participation both on-site and online.
Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study. All those who have made significant contributions should be listed as co-authors.

Papers should be prepared in IEEE two-column format, including references and figures.
